A POOR COBBLER AND A RICH MAN
Once there lived a poor cobbler in a certain town. He mended and polished shoes all the day long and thus earned his livelihood. He lived a happy life and never wished for wealth. He always sang when he worked. One day a rich man got his shoes done and offered him a bag full of money. The cobbler returned home gladly and told nobody anything about this fortunate. He is now always in anxiety how to protect money from the thieves and robbers. He forgot to work; he forgot to sing. He spent a few days in this way. He longed for the return of his happy days. Then he met that rich man and returned his wealth to him. He started doing his job and became happy as before.
Moral : Riches cannot bring happiness.
